September 2011 saw Trapdoor become part of The Ratton Academy Of Performing Arts. This is a very exciting move forward for the school and we are very pleased to be based at Ratton School under the guidance of Mark Adams and Trapdoor Principal Debbie Hackett.
Trapdoor itself has not changed greatly - and Debbie will still be responsible for the day to day running, planning and staffing of the classes. There are now 4 Senior Members of Staff - Jo'ann, Chloe, Thomas and Alex, as well as our teaching assistants - Aimee, Ben, Star and Ben. With RAPAs backing we will be able to offer a better standard of teaching, more opportunities and further classes for all age group from 7-70 in many areas of the arts, keep fit, dance and much much more.
